International Institute of Construction Arbitrators (IICArb)

The International Institute of Construction Arbitrators (“IICArb”) is an institution (body) established to promote ADR in construction disputes both domestically (South Africa) and internationally.  IICArb is responsible for appointing ADR Practitioners (Mediators, Adjudicators and Arbitrators) and offers panel membership for expert witnesses, mediators, adjudicators and arbitrators.  For more information about the various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms – see our ADR Mechanisms page.  Interested in membership – see our Membership/Panel page.
